GROWING WILDER
"Into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul"

Welcome to Growing Wilder — a space to reconnect with the wild within.A place to slow down, breathe deep, and come home to your senses.Hi, I’m Rae. Welcome to Growing Wilder. This is a soft space rooted in deep nature connection, cyclical living, and remembering that we belong to the land — not the other way around. Here you'll find threads of forest therapy, folk herbalism, embodied nervous system support, and slow, seasonal rhythms. I’m building something gentle and grounded here, as I rebuild myself.Much of this began in grief — the slow unraveling of what was, and the tender rebuilding of what might still be. These offerings are my way of finding my way back home. If you're walking a path like this too, you're not alone.Let’s go gently, together.🌿 RaeGrowing Wilder is gently unfolding...

Growing Wilder
Here is a place of reclamation. A place of bringing our bodies back to our selves. Bringing ourselves home. You are very welcome to be here. Two years ago, in deep trauma, burnout, overworked and on the edge, I came home, to live in a tiny home in a field on what used to be the family farm with my daughters, to bring myself back to the wild child I was growing up, and to give my daughters the space to discover themselves. To remember my roots and rebuild myself from the soil up. To find out who I really was, without constantly being told who or how I should be.Living close to the land, I'm rewilding not just myself, but also the space around me. Growing Wilder is rooted in nature connection, healing, and regenerative practice.I started with plants, my first love. But the trees quickly called louder and my love for them deepened. Here, I’ve been slowly rebuilding from the soil up. Healing. Listening. Reclaiming.Growing Wilder began with that return — and now I offer spaces for others to reconnect with nature, themselves, and the magic in both. After going through my own healing journey over the last few years, and completing my qualification in Froest Therapy, I'm now offering a selection of gentle, nature-based sessions and handmade plant offerings to guide you into growing wilderRae x
Why Growing Wilder
Growing Wilder is about reclaiming the connection we’ve lost — with nature, with our bodies, and with the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the noise. It was born from my own journey through burnout, trauma, and rebuilding — gently, slowly, from the soil up. This is a space where we return to what’s real and essential. Where we remember that we belong to the earth, not the other way around.Through guided forest therapy, natural remedies, and seasonal offerings from the land, I hope to share this ongoing practice of softening, rooting, and returning.Come as you are. This is for the wild-hearted, the overwhelmed, the ones beginning again.
Because healing doesn’t have to mean becoming smaller or tamer.
It can mean taking root, expanding, blooming.
It can mean growing wilder.
